Orders placed before 4 PM GMT (Monday-Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day. However, there may be occasional exceptions.

All domestic shipping rates are automatically generated at checkout and may vary depending on location. You will be able to review the shipping rates before completing your order.
⚠ Tracking & Delivery Responsibility:
All orders are shipped with tracking information so you can plan for a secure receipt of your package. Once the tracking status shows “Delivered,” we are no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package was marked as delivered in error, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.
Replacements & Returns
At Runtz, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or not working properly (e.g., battery issues, clogging, leaks, or other quality-related concerns), we will make it right.
How to Request a Replacement
To receive a replacement under our Quality Guarantee, please visit Runtzvapes.uk/satisfaction and complete the Quality Guarantee form within 30 days of purchase. Our customer service team will review your request and contact you via email with further instructions.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
